Tammy is a highly experienced Human Resources Executive and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant & Coach. With over 25 years of experience in the energy and consulting sectors, Tammy has led both large and small teams to drive culture transformation, enhance organizational effectiveness, and deliver impactful leadership coaching.

Dr. Davidovich has an extensive experience supporting the development of leaders and management teams alike on an international scale. Raised and educated in Argentina, he has been living and working between Europe, USA and Canada for over 20 years, where he became an Executive Coach giving workshops and lectures on Neuromanagement, applying neuroscience in organizations and businesses. Currently, Carlos resides in Madrid working with clients from all sorts of cultures around the world. Originally trained as a medical doctor in Argentina, Carlos draws on his medical background and understanding of the brain to apply Neuromanagement coaching modalities that lead to evident and sustainable change for my clients.

Kathleen’s expertise spans large-scale enterprise projects, including Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Canvas, with clients in energy, software, agriculture, insurance, higher education, and engineering infrastructure. She holds certifications in Prosci Change Management and Business Process Management from Mount Royal University.
