Our team brings, on average, 20+ years of experience each across industries and functions — including senior leadership roles inside complex organizations.
We have worked from the inside — leading teams, navigating change, and making decisions under pressure.

why cortical was created
After decades working inside organizations, we saw a consistent pattern. Performance challenges are more than just about strategy or capability.
