Why do some organizations perform better than others despite having similar people, resources, and strategies?
Over 25 years in leadership and consulting, I found that the answer often lies beneath the surface, in how leaders lead, how teams work together, how decisions get made, and how organizations operate.
A growing interest in neuroscience and behavioural science helped deepen my understanding of those dynamics and ultimately led me to found Cortical Consulting & Coaching.
Today, we help organizations improve performance through leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness.
