Tammy is a highly experienced Human Resources Executive and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant & Coach.  With over 25 years of experience in the energy and consulting sectors, Tammy has led both large and small teams to drive culture transformation, enhance organizational effectiveness, and deliver impactful leadership coaching. 

Having worked in Canada, the US, and New Zealand, Tammy brings a global perspective to her work. Known for her strong business acumen, she partners with leaders to identify and prioritize key areas for growth. Her natural empathy fosters trust and helps her uncover what truly matters to clients, enabling her to drive lasting, meaningful change.

Dr. Davidovich has an extensive experience supporting the development of leaders and management teams alike on an international scale. Raised and educated in Argentina, he has been living and working between Europe, USA and Canada for over 20 years, where he became an Executive Coach giving workshops and lectures on Neuromanagement, applying neuroscience in organizations and businesses.   Originally trained as a medical doctor in Argentina, Carlos draws on his medical background and understanding of the brain to apply Neuromanagement coaching modalities that lead to evident and sustainable change for my clients.
He is a professor of Neuromanagement in the MBA programs at the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic, and at GEA in Ljubljana, Slovenia; a guest lecturer for the Masters in Leadership program at the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, and a thought leader with the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

Carlos is based in Madrid Spain.

With over 25 years of global leadership and client service experience, Nancy has worked across Canada, the US, Russia, Australia, the Czech Republic, and the UK. She holds a M.S. in Organization Development from American University and a Certificate in Organizational Consultation and Executive Coaching from the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research in New York City.  Nancy specializes in strategic organizational analysis, leadership and team effectiveness, and transformational change. She has successfully designed and implemented new operating models, aligned executive teams, and managed organizational structures in various business contexts.  Her strength lies in translating complex issues into practical, actionable solutions that drive lasting organizational impact.

Anton  brings a record of delivering business value over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience.  He has led teams to execute technical projects and transformational programs in the energy, manufacturing, and technology industries.  Anton leverages his professional skillsets in engineering, projects, and coaching to help STEM leaders transform their organizations and create more effective and innovative work environments.  His collaborative consulting approach focuses on aligning the business strategy with an effective operating model, culture, and team dynamics.

Her inclusive and resourceful approach helps organizations drive strategic outcomes, culture change, and program effectiveness.  As a Certified Coach in Learning Agility, Alisha supports individuals and organizations in adapting to change, fostering a culture of continuous learning and resilience to boost performance and potential. She excels at guiding senior leadership teams through transformational change, facilitating team effectiveness, and coaching individuals to reach their full potential.  Known for her professionalism, integrity, and ability to bring clarity to complex initiatives, Alisha leaves a lasting impact through her thoughtful approach and commitment to building strong, inclusive cultures.

Sue has extensive experience in strategic communications, leadership engagement, and business strategy. She has successfully led teams across corporate and non-profit sectors, built multiple successful businesses, and is recognized for her strong business acumen. Sue specializes in partnering with executive teams to design innovative leadership alignment strategies, development programs, and events that drive organizational success. Her expertise ranges from leading large-scale transformation initiatives and strengthening government partnerships through corporate external relations to producing high-profile public events and festivals that have boosted local economies. Known for her focus on integrity, collaboration, and strategic alignment, Sue consistently delivers results that create lasting outcomes.

 Bonnie is a strategic communications leader with over 25 years’ experience helping executives and organizations strengthen their brands, elevate their visibility, and protect their reputations. She is recognized for her expertise in personal branding for executives, high-impact media relations, content management, and crisis communications. Bonnie has led successful campaigns across Canada and internationally, blending sharp strategic insight with hands-on execution. Her work spans diverse industries, delivering results that drive engagement, foster trust, and position clients as thought leaders. She has a proven track record of working alongside executives to design and implement strategic communications programs, create compelling content, and build influential media relationships that deliver measurable results. 

Bonnie is based in Calgary.

With over 20 years of experience in internal and external communications, media relations, crisis management, and social media, Cheryl has worked across industries including consumer products, banking, financial services, and retail in Canada, the US, and Pakistan.

As the former Director of Communications at Loblaw, Canada’s largest grocery and pharmacy retailer, Cheryl led executive communications and employee engagement initiatives that helped drive business growth and enhance the value of financial products for Canadians.

Cheryl is dedicated to fostering connections and culture, using her experience as an immigrant to advocate for inclusion and help others succeed.

Cheryl is based in Toronto.

Kathleen is a Prosci-certified change practitioner with over five years of experience leading organizational change management (OCM) initiatives and more than a decade in communications, learning coaching, and business advisory roles. She specializes in human-centered change, leveraging vision and purpose to drive transformational results.  Kathleen’s expertise spans large-scale enterprise projects, including Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Canvas, with clients in energy, software, agriculture, insurance, higher education, and engineering infrastructure. She holds certifications in Prosci Change Management and Business Process Management from Mount Royal University.  Her ability to identify and address organizational effectiveness gaps has been honed through numerous successful change management projects, helping organizations realize their transformation goals.

Kathleen is based in Vancouver.

 Sandra is a talented organization effectiveness consultant and executive coach passionate about improving organization systems, strategy and culture and working with executives to accelerate their development and maximize their business impact. 

Sandra has over 25 years of experience as a senior human resources professional in the telecommunications, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. Her most recent executive role was the VP, Corporate Services at ConocoPhillips Canada which included the Human Resources, Communications and Real Estate portfolio. Prior to ConocoPhillips, she was the VP of Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness at Suncor.

Sandra has deep expertise in organization diagnosis, change management, executive coaching, talent management, employee engagement and culture transformation.

Sandra is based in Calgary.

With over 35 years of experience in human resources, Daniel bring deep expertise in labour relations, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR leadership. A McGill University graduate in Industrial Relations (1986), he began his career as an HR generalist in both unionized and non-unionized environments. 

Over the past 25 years, he has held senior HR roles at leading organizations including Rolls-Royce Canada and Suncor Energy, where he specialized in labour relations, change management, and the implementation of corporate HR programs.

At Suncor, he most recently served as a Strategic HR Partner, collaborating closely with site leadership teams to drive organizational transformation and deliver practical, people-focused solutions.

Daniel is based in Montreal.

 Kiran is a Certified Executive Coach, skilled facilitator, leadership and change consultant with over 25 years of experience driving transformative growth in people and organizations. Her career began in 1998, supporting over 375 individuals in career rebuilding and change management—an experience that sparked her enduring passion for coaching, change management and leadership development.  Kiran holds a Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads University and is certified in EQ-i 2.0/EQ360, DDI, and The Leadership Circle Profile.  Kiran brings a thoughtful, inclusive, and results-driven approach to every engagement. Whether working with senior executives or frontline managers, Kiran brings a thoughtful, inclusive, and results-driven approach to every engagement. With over 36 years of experience leading teams across the Professional Services and Architecture/Construction industries in North America, Doug has worked with executives, boards, and teams to balance professional and personal goals. He has built and grown consulting practices for two Big 4 firms and led large construction project teams for a global Architecture and Engineering firm, achieving Associate Partner and Partner titles at both.

Doug specializes in coaching high-potential individuals and teams in professional services and private industry, helping them realize their full potential. He has also served on boards for a non-profit LGBT+ organization in the US and a National Sports Organization in Canada.

Elissa is an ICF-certified coach who facilitates conversations that help move people from feeling  stuck or uncertain to seeing clear possibilities for meaningful progress. With a gracious,  non directive style, she supports individuals and teams in gaining clarity, confidence, and  momentum.  Drawing on a rich background in communications, business development, policy creation, and  entrepreneurship, Elissa is a natural problem-solver and trusted thought partner. She fosters  growth through insightful questions, active listening, and by helping clients surface their own  best ideas.  Her work focuses on executive coaching, conflict resolution, mediation, and team development.  Elissa thoughtfully considers the systems and relationships her clients operate within,  recognizing how these dynamics shape both challenges and opportunities.
